It takes a team to fight heart disease and stroke!
Help us walk all over heart disease and stroke! We are walking in honor of Aaron LeBlanc and Brooke Picard. Both of our little ones have underwent open heart, Aaron went through this twice. We would also like to bring awareness to the walk of the many pediatric patients there are with heart disease.
